The hotel had great transportation options and was located in a peaceful residential area away from the city center. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The xmas at this hotel was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious and well-equipped apartment, perfect for our family of four. The view from our balcony was stunning and we enjoyed the daily cleaning service. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the access to the spa, where we relaxed after skiing all day. The location was key, just a short distance from the ski slopes.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, we would have preferred it if they had talked to us in the local language. we noticed some single-use plastic waste during our stay, which could have been reduced with eco-friendly alternatives.

Stayed here for a business trip and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the view from the room was very nice, really gave me the sense of being in the mountains. The room was quite large and had plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was also very good, with a lot of options available. In terms of location, it was close to where I needed to be and was easy to find.

the dinners were quite expensive for what they were and didn't quite meet my expectations. I was hoping for better quality and variety, considering the price.

The friendly and attentive staff provided excellent service, and the facilities, such as the spa and kid-friendly areas, met all our needs.

The hotel's location is not central, so it may not be convenient for those who prefer to be right in the heart of the city.
